2. Orders & Payments

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete. Riyadh Al Jannah Ltd reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 working days. Delivery timescales vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Riyadh Al Jannah Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs processes. International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (fragrance oils and personal care items), we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence at our official email address. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion. Unwanted items that are unopened and in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

5. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearances may vary slightly due to screen settings. Fragrance oils are for external use only unless otherwise stated. Please perform a patch test before use. Keep all products out of reach of children.
